1、起始动作,双腿自然站立,双脚与肩同宽,双手正握着杠铃或者哑铃放于腿前,双手距与肩同宽。

2、开始时把杠铃或哑铃慢慢向前举起,举至与地面平行位置,停留2秒,之后慢慢放下还原为起始动作。

3、一般做3组,每组12到15个。重量选择最大重量的百分之五十至六十。注意:在向前举起时肘关节微微弯曲,向前举前吸气,慢慢放下时吐气。
