1、头部运动:两手插腰,两脚与肩宽站立,脖子前后左右做下压运动,各下压2次,完成后再做脖子往左、往右各绕圈2次。

2、侧压腿运动:左侧压腿躬身,左脚尖踮起半蹲,左手置于左脚膝盖部,右腿侧向伸直,右手至于右腿膝盖处下压右腿,完成后换右侧压腿躬身压左腿。

3、扩胸运动:两腿自然站立,两手向前平伸握拳,然后屈臂扩胸向后,还原到两手向前平伸握拳,手臂伸直,向两侧后方扩胸。
