仰卧起坐和卷腹的区别:

1、发力部位不同:仰卧起坐可以提高髋关节发力,卷腹只有腹直肌腹外斜肌等腹部肌群发力。

2、动作不同:仰卧起坐平躺坐起动作,坐起时,整个背部离开地面,用胸口去靠近膝盖,而卷腹的动作并没有完全坐起,只是上背部离开地面。动作过程中,仰卧起坐的髋部活动,而做卷腹动作时髋部固定。

3、训练的肌肉不同:仰卧起坐对锻炼髋腰肌的作用要比锻炼腹肌的作用显著,而卷腹能够有效锻炼腹部肌肉。
