牛骨汤熬制窍门有哪些

1、首先将买来的牛骨冷水浸泡2小时左右。中间换几次水,将骨头里的血水浸泡出来!

2、浸泡好的牛骨放入锅中加入凉水开中火煮十多分钟。切记是冷水下锅,这样脏东西才能充分煮出来!撇净上面的血沫!

3、捞出骨头放凉洗净待用!准备好辅料!

4、将骨头放入砂锅。一次性添够水。没过骨头为好,将时间设置好!锅里放入准备好的调料葱,姜,蒜,橘皮,山楂,适量料酒!

5、熬煮过程中撇净汤上面的油,使口感更美味,可以加一些自己喜欢的食材,如:木耳,萝卜等!出锅根据个人口味加入适量食盐和味精。一道极具营养的牛骨汤就完成了!
