1、首先每次练习时先做好充分的准备活动,使身体充分活动开,避免受伤,还可以起到更好的练习效果。

2、压腿:一腿支撑,一腿放高处,支撑腿脚尖朝前,两腿挺直,上体向高腿下压,胸部向大腿靠拢;

3、立位体前屈:两脚开立与肩同宽,直腿弯腰,两手触地,坚持一分钟,每次练习3-5次

4、坐位体前屈:同前面的方法,坚持三十秒,每次练习3-5次。
