干烧冬笋

1、材料:冬笋500克,榨菜15克,调料:食用油30克,酱油1/2大匙,高汤2大匙,料酒2小匙,胡椒粉1小匙,精盐1小匙,白糖1/2小匙,味精1/2小匙。

2、冬笋选用较嫩的尖部,切成大片,然后顺其纤维方向用刀略切小口,用手撕成长条,

3、榨菜切末,锅烧热入油,放入笋块,用大火煸炒至其表面成深黄色时加入精盐、酱油、白糖、料酒、胡椒粉和高汤,

4、用小火烧10~20分钟,待汁将收净时,加入榨菜末、味精,翻炒均匀即成。
