1、提肛运动是指有规律地往上提收肛门,然后放松,一提一松就是提肛运动。站、坐、行均可进行,每次做提肛运动50次左右,持续5-10分钟即可。提肛运动可促进局部血液循环,预防痔疮等肛周疾病。

2、在下列时间坚持提肛疗效会更佳。晚睡前或起床前,躺在床上提肛56次,大小便后紧接着提肛16次;干重体力活时也要注意提肛;性生活后亦应提肛16次。提肛时必须要用力,提肛之后最好马上排便。
