怎么练习上篮

练习上篮体育教程如下所示:

1、练习拍球、运球。练至盲拍的程度,即不看球可以带球熟练的跑动;

2、练习上篮的脚步。不带球,向前走步,右脚落地,然后顺势把右腿膝盖抬起,接着带动身体向上跳,动作要连贯、舒畅;

3、带球,右脚落地时将球拿在手中,左脚落地右膝盖上抬时把球向上抛,作投篮状;

4、从三分线外开始,带球沿边线往篮板的方向跑动。过二分之一半场时开始往篮板的方向跑弧线,在接近篮板时大概三米左右,开始拿球迈腿,即步骤2、3;

5、上篮时的瞄点,是篮板上的黑框右边线,球出手力度为轻柔,坚持练习即可提高上篮成功率。
