蒜拌莴笋

1、将粉皮用手掰碎,用冷水泡软,煮熟,捞出控净水分,待用。

2、将莴苣洗净,切碎,放在开水锅内过一下,捞出挤去多余水分,与煮。

3、熟的粉皮搅拌均匀,加细盐、醋、味精、蒜泥、香油调勺,盛入入内,即可上桌食用。
