钙的来源以奶及奶制品为最好,奶类不但含钙丰富,且吸收率高,是补钙良好的来源,每人每天喝250g牛奶,得到的钙达300mg。但是从营养成分上看,虾皮的含钙量是同种重量牛奶的十几倍,可是虾皮中只含有钙,没有帮助钙吸收的元素,不含维生素D,所以钙的利用率不能得到充分保证,因此虾皮是含钙量最高的食物,但是吸收效果并不是很好。海产品含钙高的有泥鳅、螺、贝类。
