负重深蹲方法

1、将一副哑铃用连接杆连接,上好螺丝,形成杠铃,一定要仔细检查,防止脱落。

2、进行热身运动,首先下蹲,再进行拉伸运动,开合跳二十下。

3、双脚与肩同宽,先进行硬拉把杠铃提起来,再抬到胸部,举起,分三步进行,再放到后背处(注意不要放到脖子上)。

4、把背挺直,不要弓背或者驼背,慢慢向下蹲,膝盖不要超过脚尖,目视前方,来回反复。
