2、具体减肥与否,不是一顿晚餐可以决定的,与总摄入量和总消耗量相关。早餐、中餐摄入量超标,有没有额外的活动消耗,即使不吃晚餐,也不会减肥。所以,想减肥一定要注重全天的摄入量和活动消耗量。
