食材:大米,糯米,小米,薏仁,红小豆,绿豆,干红枣,板粟,花生,核桃,莲子,干百合,冰糖,清水;

腊八粥的做法如下:

1、将大米,糯米,薏仁,红小豆,绿豆用清水洗净备用;

2、干红枣用清水洗净,用温水浸泡20分钟,使其泡发;

3、板粟,花生,核桃剥壳去衣留净肉,莲子浸泡,干百合用温水浸泡至发软;

4、将大米,糯米,薏仁,红小豆,绿豆和莲子混合一起,然后倒入锅中注入清水,大火烧沸;

5、放入红枣,板粟,花生,核桃,用温火熬40分钟,搅拌;

6、将小米和百合放入锅中混合均匀,用温火熬制20分钟,搅拌;

7、待八宝粥香糯黏软时,放入冰糖,继续加热并保持搅动,使其融化后即可。
