主料:鸡胸脯肉350克

辅料:鸡蛋清50克,洋葱20克,青椒15克, 调料:淀粉(玉米)10克,料酒15克,盐4克,蚝油25克,胡椒粉5克 。

步骤:

将鸡胸肉切成丝,然后放入腌水中浸泡半小时,腌水是专门做鸡柳的秘制配方配制;炸鸡粉调桨,比例为一斤炸鸡粉兑一斤水;再把肉丝放入桨中裹上一层桨,沥干,再放入面包糠中抖上一层面包糠,分开,抖开多余的面包糠。油锅加油,烧热,下裹好脆炸粉的鸡柳,炸鸡柳条炸至金黄色;撒上椒盐就可以吃了。
