1、两腿并拢,屈肘,双手在额头前方合掌做祈祷状,全身放松并呼吸。这是山式的站立姿势基础。注意肚子、臀部和腿部要收紧,大腿膝盖紧贴双腿打开与肩同宽,双臂贴住身体,手掌面向前方。

2、健身提醒:抬起双臂越过头顶,并合掌,慢慢地吸气,肚子凸起,感觉氧气都装到肚子里。这时候注意臀部要夹紧。接着,呼气,收腹,同时慢慢放下手臂。
