1、双手间距稍比肩宽,两臂俯撑,伸直身体,两脚脚尖着地,肩胛骨稍微往前倾,稍抬起头,眼看地面。

2、呼气,两上臂要贴近体侧屈肘,缓缓下降到最低位置。让肩关节收紧,充分拉长胸大肌,头部往前探,当胸腔里面有完全扩张的感觉时,稍停。呼气的同时伸臂,直到伸直两臂,挺起胸部。全身要保持挺直的姿势,稍停,再重复练习。

3、俯卧撑动作要点:手指往前,直逼支撑,肩关节要前倾10到15度。撑起的时候,身体要稍往前呈弧线上升,让胸部往前挺出,把意念集中到胸部。呼吸节奏保持均匀,下落的时候吸气,撑起的时候呼气。
