1、减肥的时候一日三餐不可缺少。很多人在减肥的过程中会忽视主食的重要性,虽然在减肥时要限制主食的摄入,但是并不能完全不吃主食只吃维生素和蛋白质,否则会造成营养不均衡,还有可能会造成掉发的现象。

2、减肥的时候一定要严格控制食物的出入量,除此之外还应当适当地进行运动,这样才有利于减肥的成功。
