卤肉饭的做法及配料有哪些

1、将红葱、蒜去皮洗净,切末备用;

2、炒锅预热,倒入猪油,加入红葱末,蒜末爆香,以小火炒至呈金黄色,后盛盘为葱蒜酥备用;

3、将五花肉洗净,沥干水分,切成小丁块备用;

4、取锅预热,加入滴量油,放入五花肉丁块炒;

5、待五花肉丁炒至变色时加入调味料,至肉丁入味;

6、倒入砂锅中,再加入高汤1000毫升煮至沸腾后转小火焖煮1小时;

7、将调味料及葱蒜酥加入锅中续煮15分钟,即为卤肉;8、将煮好的卤肉用勺子将卤肉与卤汁淋在白米饭上方即可食用。
