筷子提米的实验原理

将筷子插进米杯中后,往杯中加水,米吸水膨胀压紧筷子(即:米粒吸水之后比吸水之前对筷子的压力大),在接触面粗糙程度不变时,米粒与筷子之间的摩擦力就增大,当米与筷之间的摩擦力增大到可以与重力平衡时,就可以通过筷子将整杯米提起来了。
