1、建议初始训练强度肱二头肌在5-7.5公斤,肱三头肌用哑铃来做的话2.5-5公斤单手,肩膀10公斤。所以综合考虑初始买一对30公斤标称(实际上只有20公斤多点)的哑铃正好。

2、市面上也有可调节哑铃,哑铃片大致有1,1.75,2.5,5,15公斤,根据练的部位调节重量。
