1、第一、将髋关节以下固定,头颈胸腹整体由屈曲到伸直,双手持5kg哑铃进行负重,每组完成16次,每日完成4-6组,可增强颈背部肌肉力量,缓解颈椎病症状。

2、第二、俯卧位双下肢及头颈抬离地面,双手持2.5kg哑铃进行负重,缓慢抬起并缓慢回落,每组完成16-20次,每日完成4组。
