1、做成燕麦米南瓜粥,燕麦米洗净清水浸泡三十分钟以上,南瓜洗净削去外皮,挖空中间的瓤,然后切成小块。

2、锅里加入适量的清水,煮开后放入燕麦米,大火煮开后盖上锅盖转小火煮30分钟以上。

3、待燕麦米煮软熟后,加入南瓜再煮十多分钟即可。
