吃燕麦片减肥的禁忌

1、合理安排一日三餐

虽然吃燕麦可以减肥,但是在减肥的过程中也应该合理安排一日三餐,早餐可以多吃高纤麦片,而到了中午则需要吃一些低脂高蛋白质的肉类,晚餐则清淡一些可以吃些水果蔬菜。

2、饭后注意运动

饭后为了促进食物的吸收和消化,在饭后要注意至少站立半个小时,同时建议饭后多出去走动一下,帮助更好地吸收消化。
