举重如何练习

练习举重的方法如下:

1、预备姿势:所有的举重动作,都需从基本动作开始,双脚与肩同宽,双膝微屈,深吸气,摒住呼吸;

2、抓举:做出正确的上举的动作,双手距离保持稍有宽度,抓得过窄,肩部就会容易损伤,北美的运动员比较僵硬,脚跟在做动作时会离地。所以,一定要全脚掌着地,最好的方法就是多加练习;

3、挺举:把杠铃举起放在肩膀上用力举起即可。
