实心球的投掷重点在于全身的协调用力,腰腹肌的力量是重要因素,实心球投掷技巧如下:

练习投掷实心球时,在你前面3到5米处放置一个2到2、5米高的障碍物,练习投掷时,投过这个障碍物;提高腰腹肌力量(核心力量)练习,如仰卧起坐、悬垂、两头起、俯卧背弓等;注意用力顺序:腿蹬地、腰腹发力、臂用力、手指、手腕用力。
