排骨怎样炖的软烂

主料:猪排骨三百克。辅料:小白菜五十克。调料:花生油二十克,盐三克,味精二克,黄酒三克,大葱四克,姜三克。

做法:

1、将排骨洗净,剁成四厘米长,三厘米宽的段,下沸水锅焯烫后捞出,冲洗干净

2、小白菜洗净,去根部,一切两段

3、葱切段,姜切块,用刀轻轻拍松备用

4、锅上火烧热,加少许底油,用葱段,姜块炝锅,烹绍酒,下排骨,添汤

5、旺火烧沸,撇净浮沫,倒入陶器,转小火慢炖至接近成熟

6、下小白菜放精盐、味精调口,再炖至排骨。
