可一天练1到3个部位,不宜一次性整体练完。腹肌可一周练4到5次,其他大肌肉群部位48小时内不宜锻炼。大肌肉“充分”训练后48小时可恢复百分之90,72小时可完全恢复;小肌肉群稍快,但也需超过24小时的休息。

大肌肉群指胸、背、腿大肌肉群,可一周锻炼一次。小肌肉群指肩、二头肌、三头肌、小臂、小腿、腹肌小肌肉群,可一周安排两次。小腿、小臂肌群属于耐受肌群,可一周安排3次。
