海茸菜的做法:

主料:海茸500克、五花肉50克;

辅料:酱油5克、醋6克、料酒5克、白糖10克、盐5克、鸡精适量3克、葱姜8克、花椒5克、干红辣椒5克;

步骤:

1、将干海茸泡发,将五花肉切片,葱切小段,姜切丝;

2、在热好的油锅中放入花椒、葱姜和肉翻炒,让葱姜花椒的香味充分与肉混合;

3、肉炒到7、8成熟时放酱油,翻炒两下让酱油与肉充分混合;

4、将海茸倒入锅中翻炒,放入适量料酒,去海茸的腥味;
