体前屈压腿方法

1、坐压腿:双腿分开坐在地面上,一条腿屈膝,脚跟接触伸展腿的内侧。呼气,上体前倾贴近伸展腿大腿的上部。伸展腿膝部保持伸直,动作幅度尽量大。

2、压腿:在高台前站立,一条腿伸直放在台上,另一条腿支撑地面。呼气,双腿膝关节伸直,髋关节正对台子。上体前倾,贴近台上大腿上部,双手扶踝关节前部。伸展腿膝部和背部保持伸直。动作幅度尽量大。

3、站立拉伸:背贴墙站立,呼气,直膝抬起一条腿。同伴用双手抓住踝关节上部,帮助腿上举。同伴帮助上举腿时练习者呼气,动作幅度尽量大。
