1、双脚一前一后呈弓步压腿,双手在前腿两侧撑住地面,保持30秒钟。

2、双腿并拢上半身直立,双手自然下垂在身体两侧,膝盖略弯曲保持30秒钟。

3、找一个与胯骨差不多高的物体,将一只腿伸直置于高处,双手叉腰保持支撑腿的直立,上半身向高处腿弯曲。

4、平躺在垫子上,左手向左侧伸直,左腿向右侧弯曲,用用手扶住右腿大腿,保持25秒钟,换方向进行同样动作。
