冒菜的火锅底料是怎么熬的

熬制冒菜的火锅底料首先要准备材料:

西红柿若干个,洋葱小半颗,葱姜蒜,盐3汤匙,糖1汤匙,鸡精1汤匙,香油3汤匙,麻椒十几粒,八角两颗,家乐浓汤宝一个

做法为:

1、处理番茄,用沸水浇在番茄上可以轻松去掉番茄皮,在番茄里放1/3汤匙的盐腌制备用;

2、拿出葱、蒜切末,姜切丝,洋葱切成小细碎;

3、锅入底油,麻椒、葱姜蒜、洋葱碎爆香,放入西红柿煸炒,待炒出汤汁后加入大量清水;

4、放入葱段、八角、浓汤宝、1汤匙糖,中火熬制15分钟,临关火前放入盐和鸡精。

5、这样便完成了火锅底料。
