1、养成规律的作息,白天尽量少睡,多在晚上进行睡眠;

2、布置温馨、安静的睡眠环境,睡前不要有看手机、iPad等不良习惯;

3、睡前可以喝一杯热牛奶,也可以听一些轻音乐不仅可以起到胎教的作用还有助于睡眠;

4、采取左侧卧位的睡眠姿势,这样的睡眠姿势有利于缓解患者孕晚期的失眠症状。
