万用脆炸粉的配方

1、香酥脆炸粉配比:面粉50克、早籼米粉20克、土豆(红薯)淀粉30克、色拉油20克、面欣酥1-2克、食用盐1-2克、白糖0.5克、五香粉1.5克(或沙姜粉、辣椒粉等)、凉水100克等。

2、使用方法:将面欣酥、食用盐、白糖、五香粉、淀粉、米粉、面粉依次搅拌加入凉水中,搅拌溶解均匀后加入色拉油,再次搅拌均匀,静止发酵20分钟即可挂糊。
