酥角的做法

酥角的用料及基本做法:

用料:面粉1000克、白糖250克、芝麻100克、花生400克、猪油250克、鸡蛋六个。

基本做法:

1、猪油炼出油后盛出放凉;

2、花生芝麻炒熟放入料理机打碎,搅拌均匀做成馅;

3、将350克面粉加入猪油兑成油面,350克面粉加入鸡蛋液兑成鸡蛋面,250克面粉加入水兑成水面,再将三种面混合和成面团;

4、擀面皮,厚薄均匀,用圆形模具做成饺子皮形状;

5、包酥角,包成饺子形状,花边收口;

6、起油锅,油温六成热下锅炸至金黄色即可,冷却即可食用。
