锻炼上腹部肌肉的方法:

1、仰卧卷腹:仰卧在垫子上,双腿屈膝悬空九十度,然后两手扶着耳朵的后面,吐气的同时向上卷腹,吸气的同时还原到起始位置,以此重复练习;

2、仰卧举腿:仰卧在垫子上,双手固定在垫子上方,两腿伸直悬空,然后屈膝,大腿胸部靠近,同时向上伸腿,臀大肌离开垫子,以此重复练习;

3、仰卧转体:仰卧在垫子上,双腿屈膝悬空,上身半躺,两手臂微微地伸直在胸的上方,然后两手臂向身体两侧旋转,以此重复练习。
