食材:牛仔骨400克,青红椒各30克,洋葱50克。调料:老抽,黑椒粉,美极鲜,糖,玫瑰露酒,松肉粉,味精,王朝干白,葱姜汁,牛肉汤,生抽,蒜蓉。

制作方法:

1、牛仔骨切成小件,用刀背轻轻拍一下,青椒、红椒、洋葱分别切丁;

2、牛仔骨用干白、生抽、玫瑰酒、味精、松肉粉、葱姜汁、鸡蛋、淀粉上浆,加少许清酒静置1小时待用
