1、跑步过程中需要伸直躯干,让后背舒服地挺起来。

2、在跑步过程中总保持跑步身高,头部、脖子和背部保持一条直线,双眼平视前方,不要低头,也不要来回扫视。

3、保持上半身姿势,肩膀是关键,虽然说跑步是下半身的运动,但手臂的动作同样很重要,手臂的来回摆动能提供前进的动力。
