立定跳远技巧训练方法

训练立定跳远技巧,双脚与肩膀同宽,摆臂时屈膝与躯干配合。起跳时用力蹬地,双脚尽量向前伸,落地时保证躯干稳定,不要摔落。集中意念,坚信自己可以跳的更远。练立定跳远的方法其实比较简单,如果出现落地不稳的话,一般需要多做近距离的起跳落地动作,手臂的摆动要协调配合。同时在地面设置标志物,双脚主动有意识地踩踏标志物。
