用以下做法吃干墨鱼最营养:

所需食材:

番茄200克、鲜墨鱼200克、姜5克、葱5克、盐5克、绍酒10克、素油30克。

制作步骤:

1、把番茄洗净,切薄片,姜切片,葱切段;

2、鲜墨鱼洗净,去黑色筋膜,切4厘米见方的块;

3、把墨鱼和番茄放入盆内待用;

4、炒锅置武火上烧热,加入素油,烧六成熟;

5、下入姜、葱爆香,注入清水600毫升,烧沸;

6、下入蕃茄、墨鱼、盐,用文火煮25分钟即成。
