1、初学者舞蹈横叉先做趴胯。双手撑地面,双膝跪地然后慢慢望两边滑,胯与地面越近越好。可以微微颤动,给胯部力量,起到压胯的作用。

2、靠墙去挤较难,而且挤的时候需要外力帮助,一个人就不太好练习了,靠墙横叉训练建议放在第二阶段进行。
