怎样练习下身爆发力

1、单腿深蹲:两手后背,一腿支撑,另一腿伸直前举,尽量向上,不要放松下垂。支撑腿弯曲下蹲时深吸气,动作要慢,臀部完全碰到脚跟。起立时以爆发力快速撑起,以鼻喷气。

2、跳跃式深蹲:先两腿弯曲深蹲,下蹲的同时深吸气,至臀部*到脚跟时,气吸慢满,此时两手抱膝,然后闭气几秒种,突然喷气以爆发力腾空跃起,两手外展,小腹前顶,头脚向后,跳的越高越好,而后迅速恢复蹲下的姿势,开始吸气,闭气,跳跃,反复练习。若觉得轻松可身负重物练习。此法对增强腿部爆发力效果特好。
