练粗手臂方法

2、负重卷绳,站立,手握卷轴,用力将悬挂的重物卷起,控制性还原。先正卷后反卷,反复进行。此练习能使前臂肌更加粗壮结实。此外,捏握力器、抓捏杠铃片等等练习也是发展前臂肌的有效方法。

3、钻石俯卧撑,把双脚放到健身球上,用两手的大拇指和无名指指尖相对,然后进行俯卧撑练习,每10到12次为一组。
