酥脆香虾的做法

1、原料:大虾、香脆椒、色拉油、食盐、姜、料酒、辣椒粉、胡椒粉、孜然粉。

2、食材备齐,大虾洗净;将大虾剪去虾枪和虾须,虾脚,剔去虾线,沿脊背剪开,(剪开脊背是便于入味)姜切丝;

3、将大虾放在容器内,加入色拉油,食盐,胡椒粉,孜然粉,姜丝,辣椒粉,料酒拌匀腌制20分钟;将腌好的大虾放在烤网上;

4、烤箱预热,入中层上下管200度,打开热风功能,定时10分钟;到时间后将大虾取出;放在容器内,加入香脆椒拌匀即可。
