烤鸡肉腌制方法

1、鸡翅(或鸡腿、整鸡)完全解冻后、洗净、备用。按比例将腌料、辅料与水(腌料:水:原料肉=4.0:7.0:100)称量后混拌均匀,再加入到鸡翅(或鸡腿、整鸡)中,使腌制液与鸡翅充分接触;若有比较结实的塑料袋,可将鸡翅与腌制液放入袋中,扎紧,用力摔打10~20分钟,以便入味均匀。

2、将鸡翅放入冰箱冷藏室中腌制12小时以上。腌制好的鸡翅放在烤箱中180℃烤17分钟,再转为200℃烤3分钟即可;或放入微波炉中,用烧烤功能或高火微波10分钟左右。
