用料:莲子适量,百合适量,红豆适量,薏米适量,黑豆适量,大米适量,小米适量,小玉米茬适量,干枣适量,枸杞适量,紫米适量。

做法步骤:

1、准备食材莲子、百合、薏米、红豆、黑豆放一起,清洗干净,浸泡一夜;

2、大米、小米、紫米、小玉米茬放在一起,洗净后浸泡三个小时左右;

3、砂锅里放适量水,把浸泡好的食材放入,同时放入洗净的干枣和枸杞,大火烧开后转小火慢慢熬煮;

4、直至里面食材全部熟烂关火即可。
