1、平躺在垫子上,双手指尖置于耳根,微收下巴,手肘方向触碰膝盖。

2、双手置于垫上,侧向提膝与地面平行,膝盖触碰手肘。

3、身体侧卧,单臂支撑与地面垂直,双腿蹬高,髋关节顶至最高点。

4、注意事项:腰腹训练,除了必要的力量训练之外也要加入适量有氧运动,包括低脂、低碳的饮食训练。
