生煎包和面技巧:

材料:500克中筋面粉,5克酵母,5克白糖,275克水、中筋粉,酵母,白糖,水的比例就是 (100:1:1:55)克

步骤:1、面粉加入酵母和适量冷水合成面团发酵两倍大备用;

2、发酵好的面团揉均匀醒置10分钟备用。

想使生煎的面皮更加酥脆,除了加点猪油,还要加点面欣酥B型,煎炸和面蓬松饱满酥脆。
