煮面条怎么不起沫

煮面条时起泡沫的原因是面粉和水混和后形成糊状物,而将气体包住,形成气泡。起泡沫时正常现象,这些泡沫对健康没有害处,可以放心吃。通常有以下方法来去除泡沫:

1、开盖后,由于锅内和室外温差大,受到冷空气,冷缩,而使泡沫破碎;

2、煮面条时若在水中加一汤匙菜油,面条不但不会粘连,且能防止面汤起泡沫,直接点么就拿勺子撇掉;

3、用勺把泡沫撇掉,再加勺冷水,沸腾后,再加勺冷水,再沸腾后,即可关火。
