1、脾为后天之本,脾主升清降浊、运化水谷、营养四肢。脾为气血生化之源,胃主受纳水谷、腐熟水谷。主降,帮助消化,感受风寒湿热等邪。禀赋不足均可引起脾胃运化失常,常会出现消瘦、疲乏无力、饮食纳差、腹部胀痛等临床症状。治疗:健脾、益气、除痰、化湿。建议:生活调节,合理膳食,多吃水果蔬菜。

2、少吃肥甘厚腻食物,不要过饥、过饱,多喝水。保持大便通畅,戒烟、限酒、调节情志、规律起居、不熬夜、适量运动以增强体质。可以用陈皮、小米、薏米适量熬粥喝。中医艾灸:足三里、阴陵泉、三阴交、中腕等对脾胃功能有良好效果。
