1、烧开水,把骨头放入锅内,焯水几分钟,然后把水倒掉,放置盘中备用;

2、把莲藕洗净,切成块状,然后把红萝卜也切成小块状。再准备少许的姜片;

3、在锅内加入适量的水,把大骨头放入锅内,放入几片生姜,之后再在锅内加入几滴醋,之后开大火煲;

4、待到锅内水沸腾之后,把准备的红萝卜放入锅内,然后关小火炖大约30分钟;

5、放入少量的盐,然后再加入少许的鸡精用来提味,即可完成。
